So this book wasn’t recommended to me by anyone in particular, but everyone I know who has read it has loved it. I’m a huge fan of mythology so the concept of descendents of gods already had me foaming at the mouth. Not to mention, have you seen that cover?!? I’ll never get a chance to read everything I’ve added to my Wish Lists over the years, but I’m going to make sure I get to this one… and soon.

Most people have read this book at some point in school, but mine decided that it wasn’t necessary to the curriculum, so I have never had the chance to read this classic. Recently Treavor recommended that I read it, so I am going to add it to my list this week.

I’ve never read anything by this author, but this sounds promising. Scarred retired navy seal + stunning gorgeous woman = yes. I was sold with the cover, but add in a good story line, and yeah I’m good to go.

This book has interested me for a while. I have been told it’s along the same lines as The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, and you guys know how much I love that series…or if you don’t then believe me, I love that series. The problem is in finding a copy. I remember my last foray into finding a new copy was fruitless, and it seems they haven’t gotten around to making an ebook version. Eventually I’ll have to settle for an old, beaten copy but for now I’m holding out hope.
